Social Worker
Hello!
My name is Marisa Gustafson (she/her) and I am so happy to be part of the Dowling community. I am the social worker here, and my role is to support students, families, and staff as we work to grow and learn together.
I attended Macalester College and the University of Minnesota for my degrees. I hold a clinical license in social work, as well as a license for school social work from the MN Dept. of Education. I live in South Minneapolis with my partner and our dogs. I love to garden, enjoy the outdoors and lakes, and to work on projects around the house.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your child, or have a family situation and need assistance, I will do my best to help as much as possible. I believe in building connections and empowering our students and families to be happy, healthy, and achieve their goals.
You can contact me by email, call my school office, or call/text my google number. See below for all of my contact information. I do my best to respond in a timely manner.
I look forward to helping and supporting all of our students and families!
- Marisa
